I hope that you can attend our May general meeting this Thursday, May 20th, from 2:00-3:30pm (add to calendar). We are glad to welcome President Hartzell to hear the end-of-year presentations from our remaining four committees:

After the committee presentations, President Hartzell will be making a brief address and accepting questions.
As you may know, this meeting marks the end of our annual Staff Council cycle, which runs from May meeting to May meeting. We'll be welcoming our newly elected representatives, and bidding farewell to those who are completing their terms. This will be my last meeting as Chair, as I pass the reins into the capable hands of Rhonda Cox, your new Chair for the coming year.
It has been an honor and a privilege to serve you over the course of this incredibly challenging past year. While difficult, it was also an opportunity to rethink how we do things and look for opportunities to make our future "new normal" a better one. The experience has only reinforced my belief that we have a truly extraordinary community here at UT. I am amazed every day by what you accomplish, and by the deep expertise and commitment that you display. Thank you for allowing me to represent you, and I hope to see many of you around the (physical and virtual) Forty Acres in the future!
