Please join us for the March 2023 UTSC General Meeting this Thursday, 3/23/23, from 2-3:30 p.m.

April 2023 UTSC General Meeting
Mark your calendars: UT Austin President Jay Hartzell will be our featured speaker during the April 2023 UTSC General Meeting on Thursday, 4/20/23.

The UT Staff Council Sustainability Committee has been hard at work planning the following events. Please consider participating.

  • Staff Sustainability Lunch
    UT Staff Council's Sustainability Committee and the Office of Sustainability partner to host this annual lunch for staff. RSVP to indicate your interest in participating in the April 7 event, whether in-person or virtually. Prior to the event, attendees will receive a calendar invite confirming their in-person or virtual attendance. Please note: in-person space is limited.
  • Waller Creek Clean-Up
    On April 14 contribute towards keeping the creek beautiful alongside colleagues from across campus. Please sign up in advance.

Food for Fines
Take advantage of Parking and Transportation Services' (PTS) Food for Fines, "...a program that allows faculty, staff, and students with qualified parking citations to pay them off through donations of cans of soup." See the PTS Food for Fines web page for additional details.

Celebrating Women's History Month
The Division of Diversity and Community Engagement has created a web page listing on-campus celebratory events and opportunities for engagement in March, along with resources that are not time bound.

Please feel free to reach out to any of the Staff Council officers if you ever have questions or concerns.  You can also submit an issue for Staff Council to research via our “Submit an Issue” link at the top of the Staff Council webpage at https://staffcouncil.utexas.edu. Issues may be submitted anonymously.
