News and Additional Opportunities
1) Commuter Subsidy Program This one-time payment supports eligible employees who work on-site at least three days per week. Funds can be used for parking, transit, or other commuting expenses.
2) Friday Morning Live! Campus Preview Day – September 19 Drop by the Harry Ransom Center between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on September 19 for an exclusive first look at Live from New York: The Lorne Michaels Collection. Enjoy coffee, snacks, and explore iconic SNL memorabilia before the public opening. Open to UT students, faculty, staff, and Texas Exes.
3) Mitchell Sustainability Symposium – October 2 Dive into the future of sustainability at UT Austin through panels, lectures, and student presentations. Featuring keynote speaker Dr. Adam Met and opening remarks by Dr. Fernanda Leite. Lunch provided. Register in advance.
