1) UT Free Food Channel Colleagues in MyUT and UT Resources Recovery have joined forces to provide a mechanism to share event leftovers with current UT community members. The UT Free Food channel is now live in the MyUT portal and app—students and employees can opt in and subscribe to get alerts when leftover food is available after campus events. Join over 1,400 subscribers and 50 hosts already reducing food waste and sharing resources! Event hosts: Request posting access to share your leftovers.
2) PTS Food for Fines Program (November 4-November 27) Once again, our Parking and Transportation colleagues are offering the Food for Fines Program. Donated food will go to the UT Outpost food pantry benefiting students in need. For additional information, visit the Food for Fines web page.
