Please join us at the November UT Staff Council General Meeting this Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 2-3:30 p.m. We are looking forward to hearing from colleagues about the Graduate Coordinator Network's kudos program as an inspirational model, current and future records management practices through the lens of artificial intelligence, and the university's future IT landscape and the positive impact technological advancements may have on the work we do.

News and Additional Opportunities
1) PTS Food for Fines Program (November 4-November 27) Once again, our Parking and Transportation colleagues are offering the Food for Fines Program. Donated food will go to the UT Outpost food pantry benefiting students in need. For additional information, visit the Food for Fines web page.
2) Turkey Trot (November 20) Our HealthPoint colleagues are hosting a 15-minute Turkey Trot, which is a perfect opportunity for you and your colleagues to get outside and enjoy the cooler weather! After the stroll, enjoy coffee and snacks. Additionally, participants will be entered into a raffle for a Thanksgiving turkey and other tailgate prizes. 3) Yoga for Compassion Fatigue (November 20) Reset and get grounded for free! Consider joining colleagues for a gentle in-person yoga class led by our EAP colleague Jamie Justus. For additional information, visit the Yoga for Compassion Fatigue event page.
4)Disability Cultural Center Events (November and December) Our Disability Cultural Center (DCC) colleagues offer "...opportunities for students, staff, and faculty to learn about and promote disability culture, identity, resources and community."
