Follow-up: 2024 July UT Staff Council General Meeting

We're in touch following the July 18, 2024 Staff Council General Meeting.

We recognize that some of you experienced frustrating technical difficulties during today's meeting. We were frustrated as well since we have invested an immense amount of time and energy into the transition from Zoom to Teams. Our colleagues who provide technical support for our campus are in contact with Microsoft with our feedback, with the expectation that what we experienced today will not happen in the future.

Additionally, Microsoft was experiencing Teams outages during the time when we held our meeting, which may have had a direct impact on our experience with the platform.
