Event Description
Join us for a conversation about how staff can maintain sustainable habits and values when cost of living and big-picture pressures seem to make it harder. Our speaker, Bob Duke, is engaging, thoughtful, and great at connecting mindset, behavior, and real‑world choices about how we make decisions aligned with personal values and what makes sustainable follow‑through challenging or possible.
