2) University Health Services - Fall 2023 Flu Shot Clinics
Friendly reminder: Our colleagues in University Health Services are providing Flu Shot Clinics through October 27, 2023. Additional information is found on the related web page.

3) Mindfulness Summit
The 1st annual Mindfulness Summit takes place Saturday, October 21st from 10am-1pm at the Blanton Museum of Art. The Summit is an inclusive mindfulness event with a keynote by Chaka Mahone-founder of DAWA Heals, different mindfulness-based guided activities, choose your own mindful adventures, and a community picnic with lunch provided. All are welcome, no experience necessary. This event is hosted by mindful UT & Healthyhorns Sleep in the Longhorn Wellness Center, Blanton Museum of Art, Gender and Sexuality Center, and teh John L. Warfield Center for African and African American Studies. A link to register is found on the Mindfulness Summit web page.
